Save Our world for the sake of our loves one

Global warming is a serious issue and it's every individual's responsibility to ensure thing do not get worse. Take a look at the tips below and start saving our planet to day!
Drive Smart. A well-tuned car with properly inflated tires burns less gasoline-cutting pollution and saving money at the pump. better yet, skip the drive and take public transit, walk or bicycle when you can.
Replace Incandescent Light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs. Especially those that burn longest each day. Compact fluorescents produce the same amount of light as normal bulbs, but use about a quarter of the electricity and last ten time as long.
Buy Energy-efficient Electronics and Appliances. Replacing an old refrigerator or an air conditioner with an energy-efficient model will save you money on your electricity bill and cut global warning pollution.
Plant a Tree, Protect a forest. Protecting forest is a big step on the road to curbing global warming. you can take action in your own back yard--planting shade trees around your house will absorb CO2.
Reduce! Reuse! Recycle! Producing new paper, glass and metal products from recycled materials saves 70-90 % of energy and pollution. Recycling a stack of newspapers only 4 feet high will save a good-sized tree!
Do not leave appliance on Standby. Use the "on/off" function on the machine itself. A TV set that's switched on for 3 hours a day and it's standby mode during the remaining 21 hours uses about 40% of it's energy in standby mode.
Defrost old fridges and Freezers regularly. Even better is to replace them with newer models, which all have automatic defrost cycles and are generally up to two times more energy-efficient than their predecessor!
Cover your Pots while cooking. Doing so can save a lot of the energy needed fro preparing the dish. Even better are pressure cookers and steamers: they can save around 70% ! (Pearl, mac 08)

The matter of fact is ..Heart

More people die because of hearth disease than cancer. That's way some people call it...silent killer. Heart disease can occur anytime, anywhere and anyone. Don't be so proud...because you till young, strong so you won't get heart disease. It's all start and depend from our eating habit and daily activity. Moderate activity like brisk walking, gardening and housework will help you to keep away the heart disease.

Start eating a healthy food like vegetable and fruit.Food that has been baked, broiled or steamed is hearth healthier than fried food. A baked potato has 80 calories, while a packet of fries has over 200 calories.

There is some mix up  opinion about cholesterol and fat. Cholesterol is fatty substance that enter the bloodstream from what we eat and from what liver manufactures. to much of it can clog blood vessel making it harder for blood to flow, leading to heart attack. The word Cholesterol came from the Latin word Chole which mean animal and sterol that's mean fat. As logic, if there is fat animal it must be fat from plant. Yes it is. They called it Phytosterol.  And fat is a soft greasy substance that can be saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. A diet low in saturated fat is good for health. Substitu saturated fats with mono and polyunsaturated fats for a healthy died.

Crushing chest pains and shortness of breath are classic symptoms of heart attack. Women tend to have less obvious warning sign. If you experience two or more of the following symptoms at the same time, go to the hospital. The symptoms are Intense tightness or pain that radiates to the jaw, neck or back; a sudden dep ache in one or both arms; nausea or indigestion with dizziness that comes and goes; breaking out in sweat for no reason; unexplained or sudden exhaustion or weakness; a sudden erratic pounding of the heart

Evening Primrose Oil

Evening primrose oil is extracted from the evening primrose plant (oenothera biennnis), a wildflower found in north America, Europe and parts of Asia. Evening primrose plant will bloom throughtout the summer  buts its power each last only one day--opening as the sun goers down and then dying away in sunlight, hence it's name " Evening primrose Oil".

This flower contains substantial amount of polysaturated omega-6 fatty acids, essential fatty acids (EFAs) which very needed by the body to regulate a number of activities including insulin utilization, hearth function and mood. Since the body doesn't  produce EFAs they must be ingested through proper diet or supplementation. In addition to omega-6 fatty acid, evening primrose oil contains linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Both linoleic acid and GLA are believed to have very positive health and medicinal indications. Linoleic acid may affect how the body utilizes insulin, maintains weight, and fights cancer and heart disease. GLA may help to inhibit the body's production of chemicals that cause  inflammation.

The Health Myth: Alcohol in cosmetic product

Alcohol is not bad for skin. Certain desirable ingredient in skin care product must be bonded to alcohol in order to be contained in the product's formulation. Not all alcohol in cosmetic product is isopropyl or rubbing alcohol, which have effect a cooling, drying sensation to the skin. Alcohol from biochemical points means that there is a molecular compound with an OH at the end of it. Its almost same with the definitions of alkaline. What's at the other end of the compound could completely alter it's behavior in the product. Benzyl, ethyl, acetyl or oleyl are called fatty alcohol, which act as emollient. These decrease water loss from the skin and soften it.

Why Do We Age?

Why some people look much younger than their years? Or why people in the same age with different lifestyle have different fase of ageing? Like we know the ageing can see directly from the condition of the skin. Like wrinkle, black spot, or etc.

There are two factor that work in the process of ageing. Outside factor and inside factor. Outside factor like sun burn, smoking and poor diet. Inside factor is like the changing in hormone levels and perhaps the genetic.

Skin ageing is not just about oxygen depletion, free radical damage, collagen destruction, less collagen, less cell turnover, abnormal cell formation, or hormone loss--but it is a combination of all these and more.

There are changes that generally occur in the skin's cell as the ageing process takes hold. Slowing cell metabolism creates a lack of sodium oxidase dimutase, catalase and glutathione perioxidase --the vital fuel used by the skin for normal functions. The productions of anti-oxidants decrease naturally, leading to lines and wrinkles. The slowdown productions of collagen in the dermis and reduction of lipid synthesis in epidermis will weaken the skin's natural barrier and the skin loses its hydration.

That's why people grow older and older by the increase of their age. But good diet and lifestyle will slowdown the process of ageing.

When ...the moon comes by

Having period is just what being woman is about. Some experience no discomfort during this time, while others go through excruciating period pains. I'm part of the latter group. Having period for me is like get punishment for being a woman. I get abdominal cramp, nausea, moody and generally feel unwell. And the most is I hate being touch by the opposite sex. So, when my period come, I better stay away from anyone around me, because if not, I'll create 'war'.

Actually, as a woman it is  blessing if we having period regularly. Normally, the first day of the period is starting point of the 28-day menstrual cycle, but this is also sometime not sure, depend to each individual and hormonal. Ovulation takes place 14 days from the start of the period, when an egg matures and is released from the ovary. And if we have sex during this time, and the  egg get fertilized, women will get pregnant, otherwise, menstruation begins.

Staying fresh and cleans is important during the menstruations. The private part environment is naturally acidic but this alter when the period start, which encourage the growth of bad bacteria, causing odor and itchiness among other. That's why having sex in this period is forbidden and unhealthy.

Liquid of Beauty

Approximately 75% of the ody weight is water. Water maintains moisture in the body, transports oxygen to the blood and help carry nutrients through blood. water also the important thing to comtrol our body temperatur, in fact..almost all biological function in our body requires the help of water.
Water naturally supresses the appetite amd helps the body metabolize stored fat. If the water intake is decrease, our fat deposit will increase. In logic, if we drink more water it will reduce fat deposit in our body.
If our body doesn't have enough water the system organs one by one will failure. Especially Kidney, this organ can't work properly without enough water in our system. The kidney failure will make our liver steps in to boost the kidney function. However, the extra work loadon the liver prevents it from another function. it's ability to metabolize fats quick and effisien and will increase the accumulation of fats in our body.
Normaly we drink 6-8 glass per day. And if we feed and adequate amount of water to our bodies, we should notice a decrease in our appetites.
The best choice is spring water. Avoid tap and clorinated, fluoridated waters to eliminate substances that you do not need in your system.
Water has great anti inflammantory properties and will help your skin to e radiant, soft and supple--the key difference etween a grape and raisin is in water.
